Gordon, Mond & Ott, P.C.'s estate planning services are designed to assist many clients. Estate planning may include preparation of documents ranging from simple wills to sophisticated estate tax planning vehicles, such as family limited partnerships, family foundations, grantor retained annuity trusts and charitable remainder trusts. We also counsel many of our clients regarding asset protection as well as pre-marital or post-marital agreements that coordinate with their overall estate plans.

We provide legal services to personal representatives of decedent's estates, trustees, and guardians/ conservators for minors or incapacitated adults, including all proceedings in the probate court. We aid our clients with estate and trust administration to efficiently transfer assets from decedent's trusts or estates to intended beneficiaries at death while advising the personal representative or trustee on federal or state tax matters. Our firm has an active trust and estate litigation practice with extensive experience in contested wills and trust litigation.
