Barry Gordon

Mr. Gordon has been practicing law in Massachusetts since 1969.  Prior to forming the Law Offices of Barry J. Gordon, P.C. in 1992, Mr. Gordon was a Partner of the law firm of Davis & Gordon, P.C. He received his B.A. from Northeastern University in 1966 and his J.D. from Boston University in 1969.He is a member of the  Massachusetts Bar Association, the Florida Bar and Massachusetts Conveyancer's Association. Mr. Gordon represents buyers, sellers and lenders in residential and commercial transactions and business transactions. He prepares condominium documentation and acts as counsel for condominium associations. He is an agent for several title insurance companies. Mr. Gordon also prepares joint ownership agreements for corporate entities such as trusts and LLCs as well as corporate documents.
